Description:
The School of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center has a dental faculty position open in the Department of Otolaryngology and Communicative Sciences. Candidates for this full-time, non-tenure track position at the assistant professor rank should have an interest in oral cancer and tobacco dependence, treatment, research and education.
Position will involve treatment of cancer patients. Applicants must have a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation and have one year advanced training in an AEGD or GPR program and at least one year of experience in the private practice setting. Applicants must be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Mississippi. Position is open immediately and a review of applications will continue until the position is filled.
