| Dr. Franzese is active on many committees at both the VA Medical Center and UMC. She serves as the program director of the otolaryngology residency program and is instrumental in helping the residents review for their annual inservice exam. She is active in many major specialty societies, such as the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Triological Society, Society of University Otolaryngologists and the Mississippi Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. | |
